Product Description Many CPAP users find that one of the most annoying parts of therapy is the constant presence of the cold, ugly, medical tubing that connects the user's system to the mask or interface. In addition cold hoses and tubing can cause condensation and rain-out disrupting sleep and therapy. Respironics new Silver Fleece Tubing Wrap is made of extra soft, warm fleece to help insulate tubing, prevent rain-out, and enhance overall sleep comfort. Because Silver Fleece Tubing Wrap is from Respironics you know it has been well tested on some of the most popular CPAP/BiPAP systems on the market. Silver Fleece Tubing Wrap is compatible with systems from all major manufacturer's like ResMed, Fisher & Paykel, Puritan Bennett, DeVilbiss, Respironics, and others. Silver Fleece Hose Covers slide over any 6-Foot CPAP/BiPAP hose and fasten with a Nylon cord and Velcro to ensure a secure fit throughout the night.

Here Comes the Rain Again... January 6, 2009 John Robert Robey (Herndon, VA United States) I bought this item because I was having a lot of trouble with "rain out" from my CPAP machine -- i.e., vapor from the humidifier attachment re-condensing as it traveled through the hose and spraying on me under the mask. The good news is, the "hose cozy" (as I tend to call it) does significantly reduce this problem. The bad news is, it doesn't completely eliminate it. Even with the humidifier on the lowest setting, I still occasionally wake up a bit drippy. But at least it's not waking me up at 2 a.m. to fish out a towel, so it's worth the cost of admission. One added minor benefit: the cloth muffles some of the noise caused by the plastic ridges of the hose rubbing up against the bedframe.
Snuggly hose wrap for your winter nights December 4, 2008 Gloria (Corpus Christi, TX United States) Great idea for those who wish to not be subjected to the cold or the ribbing of the hose to your machine. Highly recommended! Especially if you live somewhere where the climate is cold much of the winter.
Get this - you won't be sorry. November 11, 2008 Craig Motsenbocker 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought a similar product last year, but it was made of a lot cheaper material, and not worth the effort of trying to force the tube through the fleecing. I bought this one made by Respironics, and I'm highly pleased. The material is consistently high quality, and the tube was a breaze to pass through the cover. From their CPAP's to their hose covers, I have never gone wrong buying a Respironics product. They really do care about their customers.
